Make Windows Genuine using CMD or Command Prompt

Step 1: Open Command Prompt in elevated or Administrator mode. If you don’t know how to do that then this simple guide will help you. How to open an elevated Command Prompt.
Step 2: After opening the cmd in admin mode, type “slmgr -rearm” (without quotes) and press enter. See the screenshot below.


Step 3: An alert message will be displayed after the above step and you need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
That’s all you need to do and after restarting your computer you can see that your windows 7 is genuine as before. But take caution this trick works only for 2 times, each giving your windows 7 PC a 30 day genuine period. So we can say that this command actually resets the trail counter
